Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) m.10 ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca bilgilendirme amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu metin bir sözleşme değildir; onaylamanız veya kabul etmeniz gerekmez.

2. Sitenin şu anki durumu
Project Scope Generator 13 Eylül 2026 itibarıyla geçici olarak “yapım aşamasında” moduna alınmıştır. Bu dönemde www.project-scope-generator.app yalnızca bilgilendirme sayfalarından oluşur ve şunları sunmaz: kullanıcı hesabı, kayıt, giriş, proje formu veya proje girdisi, yapay zekâ istemi gönderimi veya yapay zekâ ile içerik üretimi, dosya yükleme, kayıtlı projeler, analitik, davranışsal profilleme, reklam takibi. Sitede herhangi bir form yoktur; site sizden veri girmenizi istemez.

Özel nitelikli kişisel veri işlenmesi amaçlanmamaktadır. Lütfen e-postalarınızda sağlık, biyometrik veya benzeri özel nitelikli veri paylaşmayın.
4. Aktarım (yurt içi ve yurt dışı)
Kişisel veriler yurt içinde üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz. Yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak, hizmet sağlayıcıların altyapısında işlenmesi nedeniyle yurt dışına aktarılabilir:
- Vercel Inc. (ABD merkezli barındırma sağlayıcısı): site ziyaretine ilişkin teknik bağlantı/istek verileri; ABD ve Vercel’in faaliyet gösterdiği diğer ülkelerde işlenebilir. Amaç: sitenin yayımlanması ve güvenliği.
- Google LLC (e-posta ve Firebase altyapısı): bize gönderdiğiniz e-postalar ile önceki hizmetten kalan hesap ve proje kayıtları; Google’ın ABD dahil çeşitli ülkelerdeki altyapısında işlenebilir. Amaç: iletişim ve kayıtların saklanması.
5. Çerezler ve tarayıcı depolama
Bu geçici site çerez kullanmaz; localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage veya service worker aracılığıyla cihazınıza bilgi kaydetmez. Analitik, reklam veya takip çerezi ya da benzeri teknoloji yoktur; sayfalar üçüncü taraf kaynak (yazı tipi, betik, piksel) yüklemez. Bu nedenle çerez onay penceresi gösterilmez.
Siteyi geçici dönemden önce ziyaret ettiyseniz, önceki sürümün tarayıcınızda bıraktığı kayıtlar (ör. dil tercihi, misafir oturum kimliği, misafir projeleri) yalnızca tarayıcınızda durur; bu site onları okumaz. Bunları tarayıcı ayarlarınızdan bu site için “site verilerini temizle” seçeneğiyle silebilirsiniz. Misafir projeleriniz yalnızca bu kayıtlarda tutulduğundan silme işlemi onları da kaldırır.
6. Saklama
Teknik bağlantı verileri, veri sorumlusu tarafından ayrıca dışa aktarılmaz veya saklanmaz; barındırma sağlayıcısının hizmet ve güvenlik süreçleri kapsamında belirlediği süre boyunca tutulur. E-posta yazışmaları, talebin sonuçlandırılması ve bununla ilgili hukuki yükümlülükler için gerekli süre boyunca saklanır. Önceki hizmetten kalan kayıtlar geçici dönem boyunca saklanır; hizmetin kalıcı olarak kapatılması halinde KVKK m.7 uyarınca silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.
7. KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarınız
Veri sorumlusuna başvurarak:
- kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
- işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
- yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
- eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
- KVKK m.7’deki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
- düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
- işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
- kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
haklarına sahipsiniz.
Başvurunuzu, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’de öngörülen yöntemlere uygun olarak project.scope.generator@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz (ör. güvenli elektronik imza veya mobil imza ile ya da daha önce bildirdiğiniz ve kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden). Başvurunuzda ad-soyadınız, iletişim bilgileriniz ve talebiniz açıkça yer almalıdır. Başvurular niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde, kural olarak ücretsiz sonuçlandırılır (KVKK m.13). Başvurunuzun reddedilmesi, cevabı yetersiz bulmanız veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi halinde KVKK m.14 uyarınca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu metin, sitenin işleyişi değiştiğinde güncellenir. Güncel sürüm ve yürürlük tarihi bu sayfada yayımlanır. Hizmet yeniden açılırsa, yeni işleme faaliyetleri başlamadan önce ayrıca bilgilendirme yapılır.

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the related Communiqué on the obligation to inform. It is information, not a contract; you do not need to accept or approve it.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Mert Kadir Gürsoy, an individual who operates Project Scope Generator as a personal, non-commercial project. Contact: project.scope.generator@gmail.com
2. Current state of the website
Since 13 September 2026 Project Scope Generator has been temporarily placed in “under construction” mode. During this period www.project-scope-generator.app consists of informational pages only and does not provide: user accounts, registration, login, project forms or inputs, AI prompt submission or AI generation, file uploads, saved projects, analytics, behavioural profiling or advertising tracking. There is no form on the website and you are not asked to enter any data.
3. Personal data, purposes and legal bases

We do not intend to process special categories of personal data. Please do not include health, biometric or similar sensitive data in emails.
4. Transfers (domestic and abroad)
Personal data is not transferred to third parties in Türkiye. Limited to the purposes above, it may be transferred abroad because it is processed on service providers’ infrastructure:
- Vercel Inc. (US-based hosting provider): technical connection/request data of website visits; may be processed in the United States and other countries where Vercel operates. Purpose: publishing and securing the website.
- Google LLC (email and Firebase infrastructure): emails you send us and account/project records from the previous service; may be processed on Google infrastructure in various countries, including the United States. Purpose: communication and storage of records.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This temporary website does not use cookies and does not store information on your device via localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage or a service worker. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or similar technologies, and the pages load no third-party resources (fonts, scripts, pixels). For this reason no cookie consent banner is shown.
If you visited before the temporary period, data left in your browser by the previous version (e.g. language preference, guest session ID, guest projects) stays only in your browser; this website does not read it. You can remove it via your browser’s “clear site data” option for this site. Guest projects were stored only there, so clearing also removes them.
6. Retention
Technical connection data is not separately exported or stored by the controller; it is kept for the periods set by the hosting provider for its service and security processes. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the request and related legal obligations. Records from the previous service are kept during the temporary period; if the service is permanently closed they will be erased, destroyed or anonymised under KVKK Art. 7.
7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
By applying to the controller you may:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
- request that correction, erasure or destruction be notified to third parties who received the data,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of your data,
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
You may send your application to project.scope.generator@gmail.com in line with the methods in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (e.g. with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an email address you previously provided and that is registered with us). Please include your name, contact details and your request. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge as a rule (KVKK Art. 13). If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or not given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under KVKK Art. 14.
8. Changes
This notice is updated when the website’s operation changes. The current version and effective date are published on this page. If the service reopens, you will be informed before any new processing starts.
